Ordering and Payment
You can order online using your PayPal account or by internet bank transfer.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. UrbanWolf reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Orders are dispatched Monday through to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
DELIVERY, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within two working days of receipt of your order and payment. If we are temporarily out of stock of a particular item, we will advise you of the delay. If your item is not in stock, it will be placed on back order for you; we will advice you of how long the wait will be. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Please note that if you order a scooter, it is delivered separately to any other items included in the order (e.g. lines or harnesses).
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). UrbanWolf is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange between New Zealand and other countries.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from UrbanWolf the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
If you wish to return an item you may receive a refund only for the original purchase price of the merchandise minus any transaction fees (including shipping charges, duties and taxes, insurance). All merchandise must be shipped back to UrbanWolf via a trackable shipping method. UrbanWolf shall not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipment.
If you refuse a shipment from UrbanWolf, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to UrbanWolf. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Returns and Exchanges
We constantly strive to offer the best product most suitable to your requirements and to describe and show the items as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee the exact measurements or colours shown. However if the item you purchased is not suitable we will be happy to give a full refund on the item, or an exchange, provided it's returned in a saleable condition, with any labels, tags and a proof of purchase within 10 working days of receipt of the item. Any item which is deemed to be in an un-saleable condition and has clearly been used will not be refunded or exchanged unless it can be clearly seen to be a fault in the product.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM PRIOR TO SENDING IT BACK.
No refund of Post and Handling will be made unless the returned goods are proven to be faulty.
Any exchanged goods must have the return post and handling fee included in the exchange price. We regret exchanged goods cannot be sent out without return payment.
We suggest you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or unreturned items.
If items are received damaged, please let us know as soon as possible, and contact us via email before returning them to us. Please keep the packaging as this may be needed in order to claim from the postal service. We will refund in full any goods that are received damaged, providing you keep the item and all of the packaging the item was sent in for us to review. We will also refund any return costs incurred as the result of receiving an item damaged in transit.
Once an order has been placed with us, we aim to dispatch it to you as quickly as possible. You may cancel your order within 7 days of either order or receipt of goods if you change your mind; however, if we have already dispatched it to you, please return it to us unopened and we will refund all charges less the original shipping charges once returned and checked.
